Quality of aviation services provided to passengers
The airport Service Charter is the tool defining the quality of the services we are committed to providing our passengers as an airport operator.
This document allows us to communicate to our passengers and airlines (and companies providing services to them), quality targets for which we make specific commitments in terms of level of offered services.
The performance recorded in 2016 was very positive and all the parameters showed very satisfactory service levels, meeting the targets in almost all cases.
Targets were defined as part of the approval process of the Airport Operator's Service Charter, which requires comparison and sharing of quality standards with stakeholders: the National Civil Aviation Authority (ENAC) and the Users' Committee, representing airlines and airport operators.
