Board of Statutory Auditors
The Board of Statutory Auditors consists of five Statutory Auditors and two Alternates. Two Statutory Auditors are members of the Board of Statutory Auditors: one performs the function of Chairman of the Board and is appointed by the Minister of the Treasury, the other by the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport. The appointment of the remaining three Statutory Auditors and the two Alternate auditors takes place through the slate voting system, presented by shareholders with holdings of at least 20%.
The Statutory Auditors remain in office for three years, may be re-elected, and lapse on the date of the Shareholders' Meeting called for the approval of financial statements relating to the final year in office.

For 2016, the total amount of remuneration for the Board of Statutory Auditors is 295,000 Euro.
